Course DescriptionTop of Page
This course comprises learning the geography, history, political structure, and cultures that make up the Pre-Columbian civilization in South and Central America and Mexico in the first and second quarter. After a review of basic social studies themes, each region is studied through geography and its economic implications, and present cultural in populations.
In quarters three and four, seventh graders transition to Montana history in exploration of geography and Native American cultures as well as how economic decisions in Montana affect the well-being of individuals, businesses, and society.
All materials and assignments will be posted in Google Classroom.
