Washington, D.C. TripTop of Page
As the culminating experience of studying U.S. history, eighth graders plan and participate in the annual trip to Washington, D.C. each May. By touring this historically rich city, our students have the opportunity to visit national landmarks, museums, and significant locations to experience their academic studies firsthand.
This trip is purposely designated for the eighth-grade students with guidance and administration from the homeroom teacher/trip advisor. Parent chaperones are welcome to attend at their own cost with the specific role of supervision, safety, and student focus. For more information about the privilege of joining the team to make our trip as successful as possible, please email or call Ms. Davis.
Our trip is paid 100% by the fundraising of our students, families, and generous support of area businesses through the Gallatin Gateway School Foundation. Please check out each fundraiser for specific information.
