Gallatin Gateway School Educating the Future

Gallatin Gateway School is hiring a .25 FTE elementary teacher for the 2021-2022 school year.

Skills needed include classroom management, computer knowledge, grammar and writing, differentiated instruction, and knowledge of Montana history and culture.  This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills for the classroom and for community relations (i.e. classroom newsletter and website).  This position calls for a team-player approach and an ability to integrate content across multiple disciplines.

 

Beneficial teacher training includes experience modifying curriculum and grading for students at-risk and/or gifted.   A flexible, team-player approach is needed for working in this family-oriented, high-expectations school atmosphere

Qualified applicants should show experience and  have strong spanish knowledge, understand the Montana State Standards and Expectations, and be Montana K-8 Certified with a Spanish Endorsement. Preference will be given to applicants who also possess other Montana teacher certification/endorsements.
